Start the cruise with a pasty supper as the sea route takes you past iconic maritime locations, historic houses and landmarks, as well as taking you up close to the array of ocean-going vessels laid up at anchor on the upper reaches of the Fal River. If you are still hungry after your pasty you are welcome to bring food and drink with you as there is no bar on board. Toilets are available. We will be disembarking in St Mawes for approximately 45 minutes.
Truro Belle departs from Worth’s Quay (Truro Town Quay) at 6pm and returns at 9.30pm. There is disabled access on to the boat. On our return, as we approach Truro, you will see our magnificent Cathedral floodlit.
Tickets can be purchased by sending your name, address and telephone number plus a cheque made payable to The Friends of Truro Cathedral, The Old Cathedral School, Cathedral Green, Truro TR1 2FQ. Please state if you have any dietary requirements.
Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your application for tickets so that your cheque can be returned should the boat trip be cancelled.
To save costs and minimise our environmental impact, we will not be sending out tickets by post. However, we will have a list of passengers on the boat. Your place on board will be confirmed by telephone.
Hurry as there are only a limited number of places and tickets are selling fast! We wouldn’t want you to be disappointed.
